Ukrain­i­an tar­get … requires act­ive inter­na­tion­al cooper­a­tion in accord­ance with Art­icle 6 of the Par­is Agree­ment, access to fin­an­cial resources and tech­no­logy trans­fer. Ukraine has joined the Cli­mate Mar­ket Club, which is sup­por­ted by the UNFC­CC Sec­ret­ari­at and is chaired by the Work­ing Group of Inter­na­tion­al Fin­an­cial Insti­tu­tions (MDBs) under Art­icle 6 of the Par­is Agree­ment in order to work to com­ply with and imple­ment the prin­ciples of envir­on­ment­al sustainability.’
