Con­di­tion­al con­tri­bu­tion: the country’s effort to reduce emis­sions made pos­sible by the above resources and addi­tion­al inter­na­tion­al fin­an­cing in adequate and appro­pri­ate man­ner through grants, con­ces­sion­al por­tions of loans, fin­an­cial resources, tech­no­logy and capa­city build­ing under bilat­er­al and mul­ti­lat­er­al inter­na­tion­al cooper­a­tion mech­an­isms, espe­cially under the UNFC­CC and the Par­is Agreement.
