Intention to Use Article 6 Under Current NDC

As con­sid­er­a­tions for the use of mar­ket mech­an­isms under Art­icle 6 of the Par­is Agree­ment are ongo­ing, Türki­ye reserves the right to use vol­un­tary cooper­a­tion under Art­icle 6 of the Par­is Agree­ment. Should Türki­ye decides to use such vol­un­tary cooper­a­tion, cor­res­pond­ing adjust­ment would be applied and report­ing require­ments con­sist­ent with any guid­ance adop­ted under Art­icle 6 by the CMA would be fulfilled’
