Use of Article 6 Under NDC
Morocco is actively preparing to participate in the financial and cooperation mechanisms provided for in Article 6 of the Paris Agreement. In the context of the Partnership for Market Implementation (PMI) and the Transformative Carbon Asset Facility (TCAF) of the World Bank, Morocco aims to establish the bases for participating in the pilot activities of the Article 6. Morocco also plans to use its experiences acquired in the development and management of projects under the CDM for its participation in the mechanisms of Article 6.
