"Brunei Darussalam envisages to achieve the intended GHG emissions reductions under this NDC through domestic actions and financing. However, the Government of Brunei Darussalam will explore possible bilateral, regional and international mechanisms in meeting the NDC target."
Intention to Use Article 6 Under NDC 3.0
Brunei is currently studying the feasibility of Voluntary Cooperation as part of its Carbon Pricing assessment. While still in its early days, Brunei has inked an MoU to identify Article 6.2 cooperation with a neighboring country.
