“The Argen­tine Repub­lic reserves its pos­i­tion nation­al and decision mak­ing in rela­tion to the pos­sible use of any mar­ket mech­an­ism that can be estab­lished under the Par­is Agree­ment, until nego­ti­ations on Art­icle 6 of the Par­is Agree­ment reach a con­clu­sion in the frame­work of the UNFC­CC. Until then, any oper­a­tion involving reduc­tion units emis­sions achieved in Argen­tine ter­rit­ory, both pub­lic and private, you must register and count with the express author­iz­a­tion of the Nation­al Gov­ern­ment and, unless expressly provided oth­er­wise, all emis­sions reduc­tions in the ter­rit­ory nation­al will be coun­ted towards the achieve­ment of the goal of the NDC.”
