A series of "Article 6 Practitioners Online Workshop" will be held monthly through 2025.
The first workshop will be focusing on "Identifying areas of potential mitigation projects for Article 6 to enhance NDC"
Objectives
- Sharing country experience in identifying potential mitigation project types and activities to be promoted through Article 6. These include experience in developing priority areas of mitigation activities for Article 6.2 cooperation and identification of the types of activities under Article 6.4 that the country would consider approving.
- Promoting mutual learning among government officials and practitioners on how to identify areas of potential mitigation projects and effectively promote project development that contribute to the NDC and align with the national priorities
